The Strip Loin (Bife angosto) is the source of the New York strip (Bife de chorizo), one of the most highly prized steaks. Our Argentine Angus beef Strip Loins present excellent Marbling. We do not trim this cut and leave it up to you to decide exactly how you want it as this is a roast that is very easy to custom cut.
