Eye Round is a lean, boneless cut of meat, from the highly used Round Primal muscle.

A popular and delicious way to cook it in Argentina is to make it in milanesas "Milanesas de Peceto". The other way is to cook it as a roast in the oven which should be cooked over low heat to enhance its tenderness and then sliced thinly across the grain.
